I rented a flat in Clarkston nearly 9 years and had a fantastic experience with my letting agency, Martin & Co, throughout. Their service has always been reliable and professional. Annual flat checks were carried out on time every year, and any repairs or improvements needed were taken seriously and addressed promptly. The team was always available and ready to help with any queries or concerns, making the whole renting process smooth and stressfree. Their commitment to maintaining the property and ensuring tenants are comfortable truly sets them apart. When the owner decided to sell the property, we were interested in purchasing it. Fees were reasonable and certainly not the high end prices charged by the big firms in the city centre. I received a first class service from my agent who was involved in the transaction from the start to finish and made the process quick and seamless.
