I really wish I had read more reviews before dealing with this branch. Our experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. We applied a property that was advertised as available from 29 November. After paying the holding deposit and being approved, the moving date was suddenly pushed to 6 December, and then delayed again at the last minute. Only days before our move we were told that essential paperwork and permissions the landlord to the property were still not in place. Because we were repeatedly assured that everything was progressing, we planned our entire move, booked deliveries, and checked out of our accommodation. We have a baby, and we ended up with nowhere to move and had to urgently book alternative accommodation at extra cost, which has been incredibly stressful our family. Communication was inconsistent and we were not given the full picture until the very end. We have now had to withdraw because we cannot put our family in this situation again. This has been one of the most stressful renting experiences we have ever had, and I would advise others to be cautious and make sure all documentation is confirmed before committing to anything.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
