Dear Connells Residential Lettings Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation your quick response and support regarding my recent request at 7 Crabtree. I am especially grateful to Kyle Parmar the exceptional professionalism and dedication shown throughout the entire process. Your efforts truly made a difference. I would also like to apologise withdrawing from the deal despite having paid the holding deposit. Unfortunately, the circumstances are due to a family issue beyond my control, and I hope you understand the situation. Please know that I will definitely to Connells whenever I require another property in the area. I will also be glad to recommend your services to anyone looking a trustworthy and efficient letting agency. The last review on this page was mine and I gave Connells four stars when I first moved in. Try to edit the review now 10 months in but I can't Connells rented me out the house that was not fit for purpose from total rewire of the house to floorboards disintegrating hidden underneath... I have been renting from Connells for four months now. I have found the whole team friendly as anything and somebody's always about to take your call when needed. Absolutely appalling service received. We had to ring twice to ask to view the property, there was no feedback asked of us. The offer process was a shambles.
