David Phillip has truly been a marvellous estate agent to work with. I work with both David and Annabel and we found a buyer our property in less than 72 hours from putting it up on sale. A sale was agreed even before the “ sale” sign could be put up. This was quick, but also at 10% above the projected price of the property. It progressed very smoothly and less than 3 months later, it is done. What makes this company special is their expertise and their care. Even though it is a small company, they’re able to take on jobs in an efficient a manner as companies that are much larger than themselves. Don’t anyone convince you otherwise. Well done David Phillip, Annabel and Leasa!
