Our experience of buying a house in Woodford with Abode has been excellent. From start to finish, Lee and Vicky have been professional, friendly, responsive, trustworthy and transparent. They have gone above and beyond to help to get an outcome that was best for all parties and to move the process forward to completion including after the initial offer was accepted (despite a few unexpected hiccups on our side along the way!) We felt like they really cared about finding and securing the right family home for us, and that it was not simply another transaction for them. They seem to also place value in building relationships and getting to know the people they work with - for example, they also seemed to have a longstanding relationship with the sellers and a good understanding of their approach with the house. We would thoroughly recommend Abode and would be happy to use their services again in the future.
