This Estate Agent is totally useless!! I have booked viewings through them and they have been rude and often don't return calls BUT my biggest mistake was to get involved in a chain which these guys had a property in, through their incompetence and lack of initiative the sale took 6 months and should have taken 3!!! They should have followed up on issues and didn't, they didn't pass information on, staff were always 'unavailable' or 'on holiday'. They caused so much stress and why anyone would pay them to sell their house is beyond me!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
