From start to finish, Lifestyle Properties have been fantastic. After spending around five months on the market with our previous agent, we decided to seek fresh valuations. While many estate agents turned up with a typical sales pitch, James was completely different. He arrived well prepared, having clearly done his research, and he didn’t waste any time. Given the position we were in, he was upfront, honest and realistic about our next steps, and he offered a very competitive price to get our home sold. There was absolutely no pressure from him — just clear answers, genuine advice, and someone who was always only a phone call away. We chose to sell with Lifestyle, and they quickly generated a strong level of viewings from motivated, committed buyers. They secured an offer we honestly didn’t expect to receive, especially considering how long we had already been on the market. Both James and Cilla took the time to really listen to what we wanted to achieve, and they worked determinedly to get us the outcome we hoped . At one point, I even suggested lowering the price, but they confidently advised against it — which only reinforced how committed they were to acting in our best interest. Logan carried out most of our viewings and was consistently prompt, respectful and professional. Whenever we crossed paths, he offered helpful feedback, and we received updates the same day nearly every viewing. This was a completely different experience from our previous agent, where we often found ourselves chasing information and waiting days any kind of response. I cannot speak highly enough of Lifestyle Properties. Their professionalism, communication and genuine care set them apart. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
