We’ve just had a worst experience with SJSmith letting agency! Please do not rent from them. Absolute nightmare. They took a £500 holding deposits. Assured us property is held us. We passed our references then they gave the property to someone and said because we couldn’t move in sooner. I have proof they confirmed the date we could move in, I gave notice to my landlord. They have caused so much stress. Most rubbish agency I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve attached the proof! If anyone knows any 3bedroom houses to rent in Sunbury on Thames please recommend. We are small family, never had rent payments missing. Thank you
