Enquired on a bungalow that was needing extensive renovation to meet housing standards as a buy to . Made offer, offer declined. Was advised seller wanted full asking price. I asked the seller would make a counter offer I’m keen to buy. A short later informed property was sold. Contacted a few months later to say chain fell through. I advised wound need to be closer or asking price. I agreed I would view again with view to pay full asking price. Contacted day before viewing, appointment cancelled. Sold to previous buyer again as he no longer needs to sell. All financial transactions ready purchase and again agent Shaun wasted my time. Would never buy or sell with this agent as they waste your time and money and no interest in communicating appropriately.
