We have been a client of this Agency for nearly two years. Over this period they have quickly found us suitable tenants for the two properties they handle for us. At the outset following debate we decided to give them responsibility for "Full Management" services. This has proved to be a good decision on our part particularly. The entire team, Stephen Hawley, the Manager, together with his colleagues Haroon Fashi and Oliver Sinclair are always enthusiastic, professional and timely, delivering on anything we require of them. They have the ability to find and take up references quickly and in so doing we have found the properties to be tenanted almost fifty two weeks of the year. Therefore, we have no hesitation in recommending this Agency as one who delivers and award them in our opinion All Agents 5 Star rating.

Worst letting agents going. Trying to withhold my deposit. To leaving me and two children with no water/heating or even a cooker from Thursday-Monday. Sensis only charge fees when your house is full, a percentage of the gross rent. No finders fee, no referencing fees, no signage, or advertising fees, in fact no up front fees at all!! (Very unusual in this market place in my experience)!

fantastic team, really helped me to find something within my budget, i was even afforded a reduction in the rent as my benefits didn't quite pay the full amount. the accommodation i moved in to seemed to have just been cleaned and carpets were clearly washed. i've been in my flat for 4 months ...
