When viewing the property we were told about other offers that had been made and encouraged to bid higher. It was also a requirement to send them a holding deposit in order to make a holding offer, meaning they were holding money from multiple parties - which is terrible practice. Overall very ... They have non-transparent service with ambiguous inventory! incompetent in delivering the service they promise but once signed up the work loads tends to shift to the client.
