Very unprofessional and rude agents. They repeatedly called me I was at work, and when I finally got back to them, they booked a viewing the next day and told me to meet outside the property at the scheduled time. When I arrived and called their office, they initially lied, saying they would sort it out and call me back. After waiting 20 minutes with no update, I called again—only them to blame me going without having received an email confirmation, instead of acknowledging that their agent cancelled the appointment without notifying me. Overall, very unprofessional.
