Property was not checked before we moved in! We found a number of issues which were not resolved, I had to get the council, health and safety, citizens Advice, Shetler and a solicitor involved. Barton work on behalf of the landlord and do not care what is right or wrong and will not help or support the tennent in anyway. Legal action has been taken!!!!!!!!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
offerend more support and complied with their own policys and proceedures as well and Health and Safety

If I could give 0 stars I would. When we moved in to the property it was still in a poor state and needed cleaning, and the previous tenants belongings had been stored in the basement.
