I have recently sold my house through this agent as it was recommended by a friend. At the beginning I wanted to sell this house myself but when I dealt with few prospective buyers I changed my mind. I have written to three local agents but only Christopher Rawlinson &Co replied. From then on all went like clockwork. I got more money then I anticipated thanks to Barry Cooper who valued the house based on his professional knowledge. They had to show the property to 10 prospective buyers and during my holiday the agent look after the property, settled and completed in my absence with my solicitor.
