As someone to renting in the UK, finding my first home in London could have been overwhelming — but Alex and Kate made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. They were patient, understanding, and spent a lot of time helping me negotiate the terms and agreements, which meant a lot as a firsttimer Kate was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to my emails (even at the end of a busy day) and never left me waiting answers. Alex was equally helpful, arranging viewings and even helping me take measurements of the flat to make sure everything would fit perfectly. If you’re thinking about moving to Chiswick, I can’t recommend Alex and Kate enough — their professionalism, warmth, and dedication really make a difference
