Really poor service by the Fulham branch. Was selling my flat and provided and misleading information by the Sales Agents Eliza and Katie Quartermine which led to the buyers withdrawing. I have now logged a complaint and hopefully will get some resolution. I know the market is weaker but come on guys! Maintain some integrity!

I do not recommend Aspire as property managers. They do not adhere to the rental contract clauses. I signed a 2-year contract that clearly states rent adjustments should be based on the RPI at the anniversary in July. However, they sent me an email in May adjusting the rent based on April's... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
