Mr. Alex did a valuation on our property; which as other surveyors suggest was being highly undervalued ( over-30,000 less from two other agents - how can this be possible?). Mr. Alex seemed to pick out all the superflous negative points and did not list a single positive aspect about the house, adding to this embarrassing waste of time. Prospective sellers, please; I advise you not to waste your time with this company.
