Whilst considering our potential house sale, we had noticed that a lot of properties in our local area were successfully being sold by Beercocks. We also found the distinct branding and signage to be visually appealing. This in turn endeared us to arrange a valuation. On the day of the valuation, Sarah attended at the arranged time, introducing herself with a warm and friendly smilegreeting. Sarah facilitated time to allow ourselves to explain our situation and our hopes and aspirations regarding our move. Sarah afforded us plenty of time to ask her all the relevant questions we had regarding the entire process. She then expanded and explained the Beercocks selling process in a simple and understandable manner, explaining what makes them different from other estate agents regarding their approach and marketing procedures, also fully explaining the cost of service. We have not moved house nearly 3 decades so we were appreciative of Sarah's in depth knowledge and her ability to relax myself and my wife, answering all queries fully and clearly, demonstrating great active listening skills. Throughout the valuation Sarah was complimentary regarding our property. We engaged in clear and direct conversation regarding the potential asking price ensuring an agreed realistic valuation options. The Market Appraisal / Property Presentation e mail, was promptly received later the same day - Thank you Sarah. All in all a very pleasant experience.

All good. Everyone pretty easy to get hold of. Offer came through quickly so marketing must have been good and Beercocks’s engineered it so that both parties were happy with the figure.
