Avoid north Property Group at all costs. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional. They repeatedly miss appointments and inspections without giving any notice, and even when problems are reported, nothing ever gets resolved. Serious issues like mold, damp, constant leaks, faulty electric heaters that were a fire risk, and nonstop fire alarms were all ignored. The electric gates are a hazard too – there’s no override key, so you can end up trapped in the car park days, and emergency services wouldn’t even be able to get in. The senior property manager, Marianne Law, is especially unhelpful. She has no regard tenants, is rude and argumentative, and constantly dismisses concerns instead of taking responsibility. Overall, this is the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. Lazy, careless, and unsafe. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
