The worse experience ever with Agent and Landlord, no property management, forced me to get repairs done at cost collecting their high fees, rented flat with knowledge Landlord planned to sell, without checking conditions of bathroom toilet, use threat of eviction to obtain advance rent, bigoted marketed materials of heterosexual young white British couples, poor knowledge of basic repairs, use of substandard handy man, set inflated rent a basement flat, refused help with damp mold lack of winterisation, Cold, broken gas hob during Christmas season.
