I approached this company a valuation. 10 minutes after the agreed time the valuation I was contacted by the branch and the staff member apologised stating that he had a double booking. I accepted this only to find out he told his manager that I had cancelled ?!?!!

No valuation as the branch cancelled the appointment stating it was double booked with a meeting they had. They then tried to pretend I had cancelled the appointment
