I have been a landlord over 20 years and previously dealt with the director of this company, who formerly ran DMF. That business collapsed after he misappropriated funds from both landlords and tenants, I was, regrettably, one of the victims. I urge extreme caution regarding Calin Sasaran, as he has a longstanding reputation deception and appears to have set up this business simply to his fraudulent activities.

31 Oct 2025I am sorry to hear that you have lost money, I dont know you nor can I remember anyone named Ahmed. DMF was sold in June 2019 and then it was changed its name to Cube Letting Agents. At the time I sold the business (and there were no funds missapropiated) I had health issues. Again, it is not the first time I hear allegations of DMF running into the ground and I must emphasise, at the time I sold it, no funds were missing. Should you wish to discuss this, I am happy to do so.
