I expressed interest one of the shared ownership properties on offer at Hedhas Dowr by Treveth in early 2025. Zac was my contact from David Ball Agencies and all through the process he was professional and guided me through the entire sale from the initial financial assessments to the reservation and sale of the property. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who wants to put their first foot on the property ladder or wishes to purchase a shared ownership property in Newquay.

We have found our perfect home so don’t expect to use an agent in the foreseeable future however I wouldn’t hesitate to use David Ball again and will highly recommend them to others. We had used two other agents in the same area and don’t receive one offer.
