Useless. Dodgy. Fraudulent. They should be illegal. Only time they treat tenants with any modicum of respect is when they email about their festivals. Other than they are an arrogant bunch of goodnothing chancers.

Very, very dodgy unprofessional company. Have given my partner misinformation and have failed to provide the information requested and required stating 'we can give you the information but we will probably refuse, you need to ask your solicitor'. they have left me living with silver fish damon mould. no smoke alarm broken fire doors there one of the worse agencies ever !!!! they are now with holding my deposit and stopping me from leaving this property when I have fount a perfectly good property for me and daughter to move ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
