Brookdale are Peterborough's largest independent letting agent. Established 1989 we manage close to 1100 rental properties solely in the Peterborough area. All of our properties are well managed and our landlords are very pleased to deal with a local, specialist Agent with expertise in our field. We have 13 staff
and 5 with more than 20 years experience. We provide a rental guarantee to our Landlords which is not insurance based. Due to our excellent performance the vast majority of our properties come from recommendations from satisfied landlords.

They've arranged the viewings my choosed properties in no time, each viewing agent was there exactly on time, existing tenants were prepared and aware of our scheduled visit.After I've applied the one we choosed,we were informed in good time of next steps and then agreed a start date of our tenancy. All information needed was given to us ,we had the keys and the property prepared to move in,clean ,as it was agreed.Everything went smooth,no complications,no hidden costs,no time lost,just perfect!Great service!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
