I strongly do not recommend this agency. They are not reliable or trustworthy. Especially do not trust the rental manager, Carla, and her colleague, Mollie. I completely agree with all the onestar reviews. If I could give a negative or zerostar rating, I would! My experience was even more miserable and hellish! I paid a large room to stay but the facilities I had access to were in the smallest room. For example, the bathroom required me to use the smallest room, not only to shower, but even to use the toilet. This was extremely inconvenient, especially in the middle of the night, as most of the tenants near the partition were male, and I was female. The room I actually used was not the one I paid rent and signed the contract . It was completely inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the contract, and I felt like I was being cheated. From the time I moved in to the time I moved out, the apartment was constantly under renovation. Not only was the noise disturbing my hearing, but it also emitted toxic carcinogens and gases that affected my respiratory health. Furthermore, the staff were free to come and go as they pleased without prior notice. Attempts to raise the inconvenience with the leasing managers, Carla and Mollie, not only failed to resolve the issue, but instead escalated it, creating even more problems. Carla, in particular, wasn't interested in resolving the problem; she prioritized her own interests. Her attitude was extremely poor, and she lacked communication and problemsolving skills. She even grabbed the phone her colleagues were on the phone with tenants and started yelling at them, exacerbating the situation. Living in such an environment not only results in financial losses, but most importantly, it also affects your priceless health. The deposit plus rent is not a small sum, and the lease term isn't short either. Please think carefully before signing a lease! I hope this review will help future tenants avoid being scammed! Pay special attention to the tenants' comments and experiences.

Awful communication and executing on promises.
