I’ve had a really positive experience with Mansell McTaggart from the very beginning. They clearly understood the area, the right sale price and how best to market my property. The photography was excellent and really brought the house to life. All of the team visited to make sure they knew the property well, which gave me confidence in how they were presenting it. Communication was great throughout — viewings were well managed, and they always made sure everything was left as it should be after each one. I had initially considered using another local agent, but after speaking with Guy at Mansell McTaggart, I quickly realised they were the right choice. Their local knowledge, professionalism, and strong database of buyers really stood out. The first viewing was on the Friday and I accepted an offer on the Monday — a fantastic result! Special thanks to Tommy, who was excellent throughout the process — proactive, helpful and kept everything moving smoothly with the solicitors. We’ve now exchanged and are due to complete next week. I’d definitely recommend Mansell McTaggart — a great team who are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about getting the best result for their clients.
