I want to express my sincere gratitude to Pure Property Management Ltd for their exceptional support in helping me find and rent a good property. The process was smooth and efficient, and their professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference. I'm extremely pleased with my new flat and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property management team. I also wanted to update my review. I had a great experience with Pure Property Ltd during my time living in Edinburgh last year (August 2024-July 2025). From the beginning, the team was incredibly supportive and professional. Any maintenance issues that came up were dealt with promptly and effectively, and even my smallest queries were always answered quickly and clearly. What really stood out was their efficiency and professionalism when we decided to move out. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their proactive approach and attention to detail. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a high-quality service to all our clients. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. If you have a complaint about our service, or about the service of a contractor or third party who we have instructed to provide goods or services in relation to a property owned by or occupied by you, please write down the details of your complaint and send it to a property manager. If the matter is not brought to a satisfactory conclusion with 10 working days a formal complaint can be made, in writing, to a senior manager who will investigate the issue and respond within 10 working days. If a customer is still not satisfied they are encouraged to contact either the Scottish Association of Landlords (SAL) or The Property Ombudsman who may investigate the complaint on our customer's behalf.
