I am a landlady and have used Masons for the last 4 years. Their team have looked after me well. During that time they have put in three lots of tenants, who where good as far as tanants go. The office have always kept me informed and up to date when things need to be done. After a tenent moved out their maintance men moved quickly and updated the kitchen and put down laminated floors, they are easier than carpets to maintain and I think tenants prefer them. The staff have always been polite and friendly. I'm very happy with them and trust their judgement.
