Hemmingfords began as a husband and wife team with a passion for property. Together, Faz and Rose set up Hemmingfords with the real desire to make the property process better for both Tenant and Landlord.

We offer a range of services dealing with renting, letting and property management covering areas in Islington, Shoreditch, Clerkenwell, Hackney, Bethnal Green and the City.
We live and work in the area so our local knowledge is weighty. If you want good recommendations for restaurants, bars and bakeries we are pretty confident to let you in on our secrets. We really do love our work, area and environment. We care about it too. Being a property company in the heart of London we know too well that the pollution here is relentless. That’s why we decided to go eco from the get go. All our company cars are 0 emissions, meaning we get from A to B in our eco friendly electric cars! We try to reduce printing where we can so all our contracts are signed online and copies can be downloaded and viewed at any time via your own personal property portal. We like to go that extra mile where we can. We always strive to go above and beyond our customer’s expectations in every aspect of our service. That’s why our customer service has the reputation it has. We are people’s people, treating you as an individual not a number in our books.

The service was appallingly on renting from the landlady from hell. We were handed a section 48 after falling out with her after 4 years of renting from her. White goods were not replaced with her preferring to try and repair a prehistoric, unsafe oven, leaving us without an oven months Hemmingfords did nothing to help resolve things and tried to shaft us out of £324 of deposit I'm collusion with the greedy and spiteful landlady. Fortunately she did not receive the full £324 she tried to con us out of. Be careful renting from this agent. The fridge was very mouldy and was in a position where it could not be pulled out to clean and we were left with it years. Hemmingfords did nothing to help resolve things when they took over from the landlord and she spitefully decided to replace it on the very last day of the tenancy.
