I have had excellent service from Accord Lettings once again. They have found a tenant my property within a couple of weeks being advertised. The team have been amazing with clear and concise communication throughout the process. A big shout out to Amey, Kam, Eloise, Elsie and Ellie - they all were very professional and provided sound advice throughout the process which seemed very swift and properly organised. Thank you everything. I would definitely recommend Accord Lettings both landlords and tenants too.

I chose Accord Let’s full management service support, but instead faced unauthorised tenancy changes, added clauses without consent, unapproved rent deductions, and overcharging (e.g. £2,160 charged a £1,800 fee). I had to check every statement errors—no peace of mind, just stress and losses.... Read Full Review
Overcharging and Inaccurate Fees I was charged £2,160 for an agreement fee that was supposed to be £1,800. They also billed me for a check-in service that was never carried out.

I rented a property through Accord for 2.5 years and if I had at any point been able to find a similar property or could have afforded the exit fee I would have left. Inventory Fees is bit on a higher side rest is all in accordance with the market rates.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
