Local, independent agency. Graham and Andy know the area very well. Ably assisted in their office by Debbie. We bought through Swan's. Our situation was hindered by an extremely tight timescale but everyone at Swan's coordinated the efforts of both sets of solicitors and saw that we were able to get the purchase done in time. They went the extra mile to ensure this. From a buyer's perspective, we would have no hesitation in recommending Swan's and we can't see any reason why anyone looking to sell a property in the area should have any doubts about approaching Swan's.
