Rented from shoulers kept half my deposit repairs they refuse to send evidence of these repairs which seems very wrong ...they asked me to paint over the mold in bathroom staff members are never in office or just dont reply...my place (shoulers again) is very rough under the surface painted over rotten skirting boards can put my finger right thru them ....be cautious people also this one took some head scratching one person takes photos b4 ya move in then someone completely different does the final inspection again doesn't seem right
