At first positive service but after two and a half years of poor communication/little feedback/ people booking appointments and not turning up and when chased via agency no call back on missed appointments it was obvious agency had originally overpriced property and just wanted us to keep dropping to get a sale or go away. Very disappointing service!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Better communication Send people who have a genuine offer on their property Give a more realistic valuation!!
