Please do not use this agency. Unless you want to be chasing rent payments for ever and have your calls ignored. The service I have had is truly terrible. They really are unprofessional will say anything to fobb you off. the lack of communication is unbelievable.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Stop ignoring clients and improve communication. But regardless I wouldn\'t use them again.

16 May 2018The previous review is bang on!! NO COMMUNICATION, LATE RENT IF YOU MANAGE TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE AT ALL, EXCUSES ALL THE TIME, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, USELESS AT PAYING IN ON TIME TO OUR BANK, DO NOT USE IN A MILLION YEARS!!!!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
