I strongly advise against using Right Home Agency. My experience with them as a tenant has been extremely negative. From the start of my tenancy, I raised serious issues about the property, including broken windows, a boiler that repeatedly failed, a mice infestation confirmed by Brent Council, and a shattered shower glass that left my young children exposed to unsafe conditions. Despite countless emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, most of these problems were ignored weeks or months, causing huge stress me and my family. The agency repeatedly claimed they are “rent collection only” and not responsible repairs – something never disclosed to me when I signed the tenancy. In practice, this meant no one took responsibility urgent health and safety issues. At the end of my tenancy, a closing inventorycheckout inspection was carried out by the agency themselves. They signed and confirmed in writing on 28 July 2025 that the property was returned in a “clean and tidy condition – no issues found.” Despite this, they are now attempting to make unfair deductions from my deposit, raising claims that were never mentioned in the signed report. This behaviour is unprofessional, misleading, and shows a complete disregard tenants’ rights. Paying £2,600 a month, I expected a safe home and a responsive agency. Instead, I faced neglect, misrepresentation, and ongoing attempts to withhold my deposit. Tenants – be warned. This agency does not protect you, does not act transparently, and does not honour its own signed agreements.
