My husband and I wanted to move closer to central Canterbury and was recommended by a friend to contact Bairstow Eves as she had a very stress free experience with them. We couldn't agree more. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that they had everything we were looking . Annabelle valued our property and put us at ease. She went through the figures and clearly explained the process along with the 'no sale - no fee' agreement which took away any concerns and stress we all dread. We also spoke to Anthony about our mortgage who managed to save us £80 a month and our chat cost us nothing. We also signed up the 'help to find a service' which was also a God send. Straight after we went on a couple of viewings with Charles who was really easy to get along with and again, very helpful. Overall a great experience.

Honestly the worst experience of dealing with an agent. Do not use them if you are selling your house or wanting to but a house.
