I initially looked at Bycroft's because my parents had bought and sold properties from them in the past, but having had three companies inspect and value the property chose Bycroft's because they were the only ones who gave what I felt was an honest appraisal of the condition and value of the property without all the excessive sales pitch I had from the other two. They were extremely helpful keeping me informed of everything at all stages, giving me useful contacts insurance and empty property and having the garden tidied and various other things, and inspecting the property every week to comply with insurance of this empty property. I would strongly recommend them to anybody.
