Complaints Procedure
In the first instance please email the Director and Owner of MayChild Helen Walthorne on helen@maychild.co.uk. Please include your name, in which capacity you are writing (for example: vendor, landlord, tenant), the property address to which your complaint relates and the nature of your complaint. Where possible include evidence of your complaint such as emails or documents.
