When I first arrived in Rochester from the USA in Fall 2024, I didn’t know where to start with finding a flat. My fiancée and I were walking back to the train station when we wandered into County Lettings Ltd. That’s when we met Noz. Within minutes, he made us feel welcome and understood exactly what we were looking . He didn’t just show us apartments, he found us our home. We fell in love with it instantly. His service wasn’t just professional; it was personal, thoughtful, and genuinely above and beyond. Over the past 11 months, Noz and his brother have never once failed to answer a call or respond to a question. They’ve been there every step of the way, and as a tenant, that kind of reliability means the world. I know their current rating is 4.2, but in my book, they deserve a solid 215 (420%).
