Prestige has managed my rental property over 7 years. I have been very happy with their great service and would highly recommend them, both to landlords and tenants. They have been quick to find tenants and they are always prompt with keeping me informed about my property – e.g., minor repairs are required, changes with rental regulations, etc. They provide excellent value money and provide peace of mind (particularly as I’m a landlord living outside the UK).
