Once my tenants gave notice to leave, Debby was on the ball in terms of sourcing tenants. She proactively connected with existing tenants within Beresfords who were looking a property. Initially it wasn’t a match them but on second viewing it worked with the knowledge of redecorations which would be taking place. Debby took the initiative to invite them the prospective tenants back a second viewing which resulted in a successful offer. There was no requirement to go to market with an advertisement at all. One viewer, one offer. Throughout the whole process, moving out the previous tenants, staying connected through the redecoration and assisting to arrange some contractors, Debby has been very hands on and fully up to speed on everything. I have had no concerns at all about the process. Debby and the team at Beresfords have always been very engaged in relation to managing my property ensuring I am kept up to date when I need to be and reacting to any questions from the tenants. Great service all round and happy to to use Beresfords as my managing agent.
