ZERO stars this abhorrent vile company, who showcase incompetence at its finest. The office manager is incapable of noting important numbers to perform calls and appears unable to email, only call, when in fact it should always be in writing as you are sharing sensitive documents. They will chase you every day any updates (we all know things do not move fast, and everything should officially go through the solicitors) she tells lies, blows hot and cold, even shouts down the phone over you when you have informed them you are due to join a meeting within minutes. She encroaches into legal areas clearly not qualified , as she is not a solicitor. I question her estate agent credentials as she doesn’t seem to understand the simple processes of buying and selling. Chandler Rogers truly appear not to want to sell any properties as the buyer is not treated in a professional manner – they even have the audacity to email you and tell you that you are the unprofessional one! They ultimately are not well versed in sales they press this hard to try and collect their commission. They also forget to take keys to viewings which is 101 any “estate agents.” I will be escalating their unethical behaviour to the highest level and would strongly urge any prospectives reading this to do your research in the local area – that alone will tell you the story. Dodged a bullet here!!!
