Having made the major decision to sell the next step was to navigate the sea of estate agents . I tend to go by recommendation and knew of Kerry from dealings with a friend. Where others had failed to attend on agreed dates , Kerry, was there a few hrs after we first spoke that day( in to her evening I may add). She is keen, warm and treats your house as hers and clearly has a wealth of experience in selling homes . She keeps you informed , always replies , even at times when most have clocked off. Not that I enjoy moving , but, I did again, or had to recommend somebody , I will look to Clancy's first.
