I have been renting a property with Eastbank Studios Ltd for the past 8 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their exceptional service. From the very beginning, they have been professional, reliable, and attentive to all my needs as a tenant. Her dedication and responsiveness have truly made my renting experience smooth and enjoyable. Please steer clear of Eastbank if buying one of their properties for your own sanity. Disorganised and changing goal posts, insisting on negotiating directly so you can’t receive proper advice from your solicitor.
