It is a great shame to have to rate this agent as Terrible. it's very unfortunate as i have heard positive comments previously. However, I haven't quite experienced the lack of service Russell Marshall have offered me. This isn't the first time I have had dealings with this agent, and all of the problems we had previously have come up again. It is virtually impossible to arrange a viewing as the lettings department never return your call. I have had to call up plenty of times to try and arrange viewings, where the agent has tried to put me off. I feel that we have lost the opportunity for the perfect house in the perfect location due to this lack of contact and cheap fob off's. Every time you try and call there is a different excuse, and what I think this really comes down to is the fact Nina actually has started up her own company and should focus either on Nina Clark Lettings or Russell Marshall as she cannot clearly handle the pressure of juggling the two. Once again it pains me to say how terrible the service has been, and it's unfortunate that Russell Marshall seem to be building a bad reputation for themselves on the letting side. (I'm not the only one to receive this service).
