Shocking and upsetting experience with Slater Hodd. Told by them at 9.30am that an offer on our dream house was accepted. Asked a question about a gas and electrical safety issue highlighted in the Home Report. Had to chase them , then told at 3.40pm oh sorry our clients have accepted another offer and they can choose any offer they wish. Integrity, ethics, communication and customer service clearly not important to them.
