Our parents had passed on, and we needed to sell the family home. A difficult and emotional task. We choose Petty because of Catherine. She was in tune with the family dynamics, knew Wanstead real estate, and became a trusted partner throughout the process. Petty work as a team, we touched with Francesca, Elaine, Jenny and Fay, it was smooth and seamless. Great communication. These guys know Wanstead! They are local experts on the appeal of one street vs another. They know the value of location, they know how to market and how to create “buzz” a round a sale. 100% satisfied!
