Sherwill Drake and Forbes wrote to me about 7 months ago offering to check any companies were encroaching on my property. I checked their company online to make sure it was not a scam. Then I agreed to go ahead with this. About 4 months later they sent me some documents to sign. Today, about 7 months after the initial letter, I was sent a cheque. This was very easy and I am very grateful to them.
