I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Jukes & Co. When I first listed my flat, there was almost no communication from them, and the listing contained incorrect details and missing information. They also removed my main photo without informing me, claiming they rotate pictures. It took around a month and several emails from me before they finally updated the listing properly. The most serious issue began when I decided to end the contract. Instead of processing my notice correctly, they repeatedly insisted on a supposed “21day postcontract” clause that does not appear anywhere in my signed agreement. They pushed this condition so persistently that it created unnecessary stress and confusion. I escalated the situation by opening a with the Property Ombudsman and contacting their CEO directly. After reviewing all the documents, they confirmed in writing that Jukes & Co had breached the contract. I found this approach completely unprofessional and misleading. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using their services.
